From getting her vehicle into the collision center, to getting a rental, filling out annoying insurance paperwork, and getting her into a new vehicle perfect for her! I will continue to go see him for all of my vehicle needs, and send everyone I know to him for help into getting into a vehicle! I saw a vehicle I liked online, Jon Ferrin was instantly there to answer any questions I had! From my confiming availability and random questions about features, he always answered right away. We finally entered the Hybrid vehicle world, buying a great certified used RAV4. Stephen made the car-buying experience more bearable with his kind manner & Heather walked us through the finance paperwork in a very friendly, professional way. I was extremely happy with Brian and Aiden. When I got there to pick up my vehicle, I did not like the color. They showed me another vehicle which I really liked. Very happy with my recent purchase of a 2025 Toyota RAV4 from Coggins Toyota. The sales rep that helped me, Brian Oakley made the process very simple and easy. The vehicle wasn’t in stock, they did the legwork of finding the vehicle that had just what I wanted. I was told it would take a number of weeks for it to arrive being that some 2025 models aren’t readily available. Brian kept me updated on the arrival time as he received information. Coggins was excellent to work with. I purchased a truck from them recently and could not be happier with my purchase and the experience. They were efficient in getting the deal done and have been very attentive with maintenance on the truck after purchase along with ensuring I receive my extra key. I worked with Derek who was great and has been able to answer all of my questions throughout and after the process. My only critique was the no deposit policy at the dealership. I strongly feel that a no-refund deposit should be allowed to prevent any issues after the deal has been agreed upon. Aside from that, awesome dealership and sales team. Would do business again.
