I set an appointment to look at a vehicle, I looked at the vehicle and they took my information of my trade-in including VIN number and photo's. When I mentioned the web-site listed price, the sales person said that my not be right! (Huh) I didn't have time to go in and sit down. I asked the sales person to use a 60 month finance term with my trade in, and give me a rough number on the payment. I also didn't have time to disclose where i wanted to be payment wise. I have not heard from them up to this point, and in fact they have raised the sticker price $3,000. A simple acknowledgement they were not interested in my trade-in or did not want to do business with me would have been much more professional. It has me question the integrity of the business in general. Point of Fact: Under previous ownership, I purchased 5 vehicles at this location.

Made an inquiry on their website and Cierra was fast to respond. I then worked with Stephen. I got a great deal on a new Tacoma and fair value for my trade. Heather was great too and made sure I was taken care of. They stayed late to finish the sale same day for me. Thanks Stephen, Heather, and team!

1st time coming here i requested an oil change and tire rotation as part of my Toyota care package no cost service so while I came in with a service light on and requested the oil change they attempt to give me my car back with the rotation done but didn't do the oil change they say you can wait 10k miles I say I asked for a 5k service and didn't get it... some people man while they will do it and correct the "misunderstanding" it's more time wasted than was needed

A terrible experience. After being assured by the sales people that if we made an appointment the day of going up there the car would be held. When we got there the salesman, Doug, who knew the car the car had already been sold, left us at his desk saying he wanted to see if the car had been sold and never returned. After waiting a half hour we went to the sales manager who informed us the car had been sold. At this time Doug, sheepishly showed up with nothing to say. What we heard from the manager was a cold “ this is our policy” We traveled an hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half to get back. Unethical and slimey. Negative stars, had to put one in to post.

The buying process with was great. Our salesman listened and put us in the right truck. Service department is competent and friendly and clean. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend them
